Ingredients

  • Medium Ground Coffee Beans from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, and India
  • Lions Mane Mushrooms (approx. 250mg / serving) (sourced from China )
  • Reishi Mushrooms (approx. 250mg / serving) (sourced from China )
  • Raw Cacao - unprocessed to retain all the natural nutrients, (sourced from Peru)
  • Collagen - Bovine (not suitable for vegetarians) EU sourced
  • MCT Oil - from Coconut no Palm

Brew Guide

Light roast coffee retains more of the original bean’s characteristics, often showcasing bright acidity, floral or fruity notes, and a lighter body. It's best brewed using slower, gentler methods like pour-over (e.g. V60 or Chemex) or Cafetiere, which allow the complex flavors to shine through—ideal brew times range from 4-5 minutes. You can cold brew this, but you're looking at more like 18-24 hours.

Water temperature  92–96°C (198–205°F) - Higher temp helps extract delicate flavors and acidity.

In summary

  • add 15g (about 1-2 heaped tablespoons) per person into a cafetiere. 
  • Boil the kettle, wait 30 seconds before pouring
  • stir and brew for around 4-5 mins.
